PKR55 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and pkr55 governing your access to and use of the pkr55 platform, including the website at pkr55.onl, the mobile application for Android and iOS, and all associated services including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting and any promotions or bonus offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on pkr55, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using pkr55 on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

pkr55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of pkr55.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use pkr55 you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr55 is strictly an 18+ platform. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these terms.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one pkr55 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a variation of it, or under another person's details — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and keep your account details current. pkr55 may request proof of identity, address or payment method at any time to verify your information.
• Personal use: Your pkr55 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to use your account or access your funds, and you may not open an account on behalf of someone else.

pkr55 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account if eligibility conditions are not met, if false or misleading information has been provided, or if continued use of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

When you register, you will choose a username and password. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure. pkr55 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Balance

All transactions on pkr55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion required and no foreign exchange charges applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods

pkr55 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• Raast — instant bank transfer via the national payment gateway
• Bank Transfer — standard IBFT or direct bank deposit
• Debit and credit cards — where accepted by your card issuer

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pkr55 account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of transaction. pkr55 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to two business days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. pkr55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pkr55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion as well as these general bonus terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x) will be stated in the bonus offer. Wagering requirements mean that you must bet the specified multiple of the bonus amount before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pkr55 reserves the right to restrict bonuses to new players, specific game categories or specific payment methods as stated in each offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Abuse: pkr55 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where patterns suggesting bonus abuse, multiple account usage or systematic exploitation of promotional terms are identified.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The pkr55 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports markets. All sports bets are placed in PKR. The following general sports betting rules apply:

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted subject to available markets and displayed odds at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet reference number. pkr55 does not accept verbal bet requests — all bets must be placed through the platform interface.

Odds Changes

Odds can change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. pkr55 operates on a "requested odds" or "best odds" model depending on the market — your bet slip will confirm which applies before you confirm placement.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without completion; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; a bet is placed after an event has already started (where in-play betting is not available); or where clear pricing errors are identified. Void bets are refunded at the stake amount.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, PSL and other markets. In-play odds move quickly to reflect match conditions. pkr55 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted.

6. Casino & Live Casino Games

pkr55 offers casino games including slots, table games, crash games and live dealer titles from established third-party game providers. All casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.

• Game rules: Each game operates according to its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand a game's rules before playing.
• Return to Player (RTP): Game RTPs are set by the game provider and are not modified by pkr55. RTP figures represent long-term statistical return rates over a very large number of rounds and do not predict individual session outcomes.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void. Stakes for void rounds are returned. pkr55 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues caused by factors outside its control, including internet connectivity problems on your device.
• Live Casino: Live dealer sessions are facilitated by third-party studio operators. The video stream and dealing are conducted by the provider's staff. pkr55 applies the same account terms, payment rules and responsible gaming standards to live casino play.

pkr55 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games by account, jurisdiction or other criteria, and to suspend any game temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activity

pkr55 operates as a fair platform for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets
• Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse or identity theft
• Colluding with other players in live casino or sports betting to guarantee outcomes
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification
• Using the platform in a way that violates any applicable law

pkr55 monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkr55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals during investigation, close the account permanently and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

8. Account Security & Access

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pkr55 account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Contact pkr55 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person

pkr55 will never ask for your password. Any message claiming to be from pkr55 that requests your password is fraudulent. Legitimate support requests can be verified through the official support channel.

All bets placed and transactions made through your account while logged in are your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated them. If your account is compromised due to your failure to keep credentials secure, pkr55 cannot be held liable for resulting losses.

9. Responsible Gaming

pkr55 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is for entertainment and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.

• Set a budget: Decide how much you are comfortable spending before you start a session and stick to it. Only ever play with money you can afford to lose entirely.
• Set time limits: Gaming sessions should have a defined time limit. Taking regular breaks is important to maintain perspective on your play.
• Do not chase losses: Trying to recover losses by increasing bet sizes or extending sessions is one of the most common patterns associated with problem gaming. Accept that losses are part of the experience.

10. Changes to Terms, Termination & Contact

pkr55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page is revised. Where a change is significant, pkr55 may notify registered users through their account notification inbox or email. It remains your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any modification, you should stop using pkr55 and may request account closure through support.

Account Termination

pkr55 may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without notice if you have breached these terms, where required to do so for regulatory or compliance reasons, or where pkr55 determines that continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support.
